Hogsback Inn exudes country charm and elegance which has made it a local landmark. The English tavern and inn offers an Old World feel that is seeped in history and tradition. We offer a wide variety of accommodation to cater for your needs, whether you are looking for a luxurious suite furnished to the highest standard, or a single or double room in our inn. The Luxury Suites are wonderfully furnished and come with sliding doors opening onto a private patio with beautiful views of the garden and stream. Our Hotel Rooms are situated in the heart of the inn and retain many of the original features, charm and character of the inn. These units are equipped with double or twin beds, en-suite bathrooms, DStv enabled TVs and heating for the cooler evenings. All of our self-catering cottages are fully equipped and can sleep up to eight people. They are ideal for large families and groups, and are centrally situated and close to all our facilities. Our wonderful restaurant is available seven days a week and will happily cater for your needs. Our tavern is open every day and filled with wonderful old English charm and character – the perfect place to unwind. Other notable facilities include a swimming pool, and conference centre. Nearby activities include hiking trails, horse riding, art and craft trails, and Hobbiton Outdoor Education and Corporate Development Tours.

Never Again I booked in for 2 days but only stayed for 1 because the service was absolutely apalling.First I booked a double room and they gave me a twin, shocking and tatty room. On complaining, they moved me to a double room that was occupied by someone else. There was ladies underwear drying in the bathroom. This was removed but dirty washcloths remained.<div>At dinner I requested ribs and although they advertised it, they did not have any. they also didnt have any calamari which was my second choice.</div><div>I would not recommend this establishment to anyone else and when I did leave after the first night, all I got was an apology and not even a reduction in the bill.</div><div>Totally unprofessional and I would stay far away from this place which spoilt an experience of a very nice Hogsback.<br /><div><br /></div></div>

Hogsback Inn in Hogsback Reviewed by John Greyvenstein, South Africa on 20 April 2015. A lovely place to stay over. Friendly staff. Unfortunately no tea or coffee facilities for the thirsty on arrival. Had to wait till 18h30 when restaurant opened for first cup of tea.
